Questions and answers.
What does an international payment cost?
Fees are agreed with your account manager before you send, and every payment shows its fee, the exchange rate and the arrival date on screen before you approve.
Is the exchange rate locked when I approve?
Yes. The rate shown at approval is the rate applied.
Can my supplier see where the payment is?
Yes. Send the supplier a tracking link that shows each stage and the expected arrival date, without exposing your account.
What happens if a payment is reviewed?
Some payments are reviewed before they are sent. You receive the outcome and the reason in writing within one business day.
Can I pay in the supplier's local currency?
Yes. Enter the amount the supplier must receive in their currency and Helm shows what leaves your account.
Can more than one person approve payments?
Yes. Set approval limits by user, so large payments need a second approval.
