Can I pay a supplier in China from Helm?
Yes. Pay by SWIFT to the supplier's bank account, or in USDT or USDC to the supplier's wallet. Many suppliers invoice through a Hong Kong company; Helm pays both.
Can I pay the deposit and the balance separately?
Yes. Each payment is tracked against the order, with its own reference, fee and arrival date.
Does Helm finance the goods?
Yes. Helm offers supplier finance: Helm pays the supplier's invoice and you repay on a fixed date after the goods arrive.
Which currency should I pay suppliers in?
The currency on the invoice. Most Asian suppliers invoice in USD; Türkiye and Europe often invoice in EUR. Helm shows the rate and the fee before you send either.
How do I open an account as an importer?
Your account manager sends one document list covering your company, its owners and its trade. Most accounts are live within days.
